Beat The Dry Skin Blues

I am genetically predisposed to have dry skin, rough elbows and cracked, calloused feet. Living in Minnesota with extreme weather conditions doesn’t help. I used to cringe at the thought of summer and having to remove the warm, protective layers of clothing that had worked as a convenient disguise through the long winter.

Summer would inevitably come and I would continue to hide, until it became too hot to care what others would think of my skin. Most body lotions don’t work well for me. The scales come back within a few hours. I’m a busy, relatively low maintenance girl, and so applying anything that requires more than one application per day is difficult to schedule in.

Like most women, I love shoes, especially strappy sandals. But showing off my not-so-pretty feet in pretty shoes? What’s the point? I scrubbed, pumiced and moisturized to no avail. The cracks in my heels would actually bleed sometimes. Ouch!

It took me a long time to come up with something that worked for me. For those with similar issues, here are my top 10 tips to beat the dry skin blues…

1. Skip traditional soap in the shower/tub.
2. Keep bath/shower water warm, not hot (and shorten duration).
3. Try Re-Storation Skin Treatment Body Lotion for legs, arms or anywhere you have dry skin. Apply every morning. It’s rich and elegant. You’ll love how it feels and be amazed at its staying power.
4. Buy yourself a decent foot file.
5. Use Z.Bigatti Footlights on feet, put on some comfortable socks, and go to bed (wake up to rejuvenated, better-looking feet).
6. Find a reputable dermatologist.
7. Invest in a humidifier for your bedroom.
8. Drink lots of water.
9. Limit harsh sun, wind or extreme hot or cold weather exposure and use a good sunscreen year-round (like Silk Screen).
10. Try Z.Bigatti Enhance for dry hands. It keeps working even after multiple hand washings.

Patience may be a virtue, but immediate results are divine...

“Lord, please give me patience – AND I WANT IT NOW!”

This phrase was said many years ago by my pastor, and I’ll never forget it. After I heard it, I thought for a second that he must have been speaking directly to me. I don’t like waiting. I mean I REALLY don’t like waiting. Let’s just say, it isn’t one of my virtues. I suppose nobody is fond of it, but some people seem to handle it better than others. Good for you if you are a patient person. I applaud you!

If you are an impatient type like me, boy do I have a product for you! Impact Fruit Enzyme Facial Mask works incredibly fast and delivers amazing skin-transforming results in minutes. You don’t have to wait for results weeks or months down the road when you have Impact. You can have better skin NOW. A word of caution: use it once and you’ll be hooked for life!

Naturally Beautiful

Z.Bigatti has a passion for beauty and preserving the natural environment. These causes are intertwined.

The vast majority of Z.Bigatti’s ingredients are natural in origin. These wondrous and beneficial ingredients are what make Z.Bigatti products so unique.

Let me share with you some of the ways that Z.Bigatti is making a difference.

The busy warehouse at Z.Bigatti packs and ships a great deal of orders to consumers, department stores, spas and boutiques, as well as international distributors. In order to protect products from breakage during shipping, Z.Bigatti is proud to use only biodegradable organic cornstarch packing peanuts.

Cornstarch peanuts are made from natural polymers, and unlike their synthetic counterparts made from Styrofoam; these FDA approved peanuts are reusable and dissolve almost instantly in water, leaving no toxic waste behind. You can even put them on your compost pile. I’ve heard they are edible, but I wouldn’t suggest anyone try to eat them. Ugh!

According to some reports, Styrofoam peanuts can remain in the environment as a pollutant for up to 1000 years. Some packing peanuts contain toxic chemicals and polluting gases, not only causing harm to the environment, but according to the EPA- also making people ill after long-term exposure. I am sure you can see why this was an easy decision for Z.Bigatti to make.
